Led by Dr Ori Harel, our Weight Loss Clinic offers a multidisciplinary approach that considers your overall health, BMI, and preferred methods. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for expert guidance, we’re here to help you feel confident in your next step.
We offer:
- Individualised weight loss plans based on your medical history and goals
- Medical assessment and monitoring with Dr Ori
- Nutrition guidance with a registered dietitian
- Access to weight loss medications (Wegovy, Saxenda, Contrave)
- Lifestyle support covering movement, emotional wellbeing, and nutrition
- Referrals for surgery, if appropriate

What to expect
Your care starts with a 60-minute consultation with Dr Ori, where you’ll discuss your health history, lifestyle, and goals. This initial consultation is followed by:
- One-on-one education (including instructions on Wegovy or Saxenda injection techniques, safe storage, dose changes, and follow-up support)
- A blood test to check key markers before and during treatment
- A nutrition-focused consultation with a dietitian
- An ongoing plan tailored to your needs, which may include medication, lifestyle strategies, and follow-up appointments
Most patients complete a package of six consultations. However, one-off consultations are also available for those who don’t require the full multidisciplinary plan.
Booking your appointment
Dr Ori runs our dedicated Weight Loss Clinic every Wednesday at Devonport Health Centre. This is a supportive, personalised service available to both enrolled and casual patients, with no referral required.
To book your first appointment, please call our reception team on (09) 972 2699. They are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, and will help schedule the right type of appointment to meet your needs.
Pricing
Our current pricing is:
- Initial consultation with Dr Ori (60 minutes): $400 (currently discounted to $360)
- Follow-up consultations (5 x 30 minutes): $200 each
- Total package price: $1400 (currently discounted to $1250)
- One-off consultation with Dr Ori (30 minutes): $200
