Menopause support
Personalised care for perimenopause and menopause
Menopause affects every woman differently. For some, symptoms begin as early as 35 and may persist for years. For others, the changes come on gradually later in life and are easy to dismiss.
Led by Dr Sarah English, our Menopause Support service can help you navigate perimenopause and menopause with clear advice and a plan that fits your life.
What we offer
Our Menopause Support service includes:
- GP-led consultations with Dr Sarah
- Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT), tailored to your symptoms and health history
- Non-hormonal options when MHT is not suitable or not preferred
- Practical support for sleep, mood, hot flushes, and vaginal symptoms
- Bone health and cardiovascular risk checks where they are appropriate
- Blood tests and follow-up to review progress and adjust treatment
Menopausal Hormone Therapy (HRT)
MHT replaces the hormones your ovaries no longer produce. It can reduce hot flushes and night sweats, improve sleep and mood, ease vaginal symptoms, and help protect long-term bone health. Options include patches, gels, and tablets, as well as low-dose vaginal oestrogen for local symptoms. Dr Sarah will talk through the benefits, risks, and the choices that best suit your goals.
